Returns

If something is not right, you can send it back. Here is how it works, in plain terms.

Your right to return

You have fourteen (14) days from the day you receive your order to return it. To let us know, write to us at contact@dinnerisservedparis.com.

Sending the piece back

Once you have told us, please send the piece back within 14 days. Return it complete and unworn, in the condition you received it, with its protections and original packaging. Returns must be sent tracked and insured, and the cost of return is yours. Pieces sent back after this 14-day period may not qualify for a refund.

The condition of the piece

You are free to inspect a piece as you would in a boutique. To be refunded in full, it must come back in the condition you received it. If it returns incomplete, without its original packaging, or showing handling beyond a normal inspection, we will reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. Where its condition makes the return abusive, for example a piece that has clearly been worn or used, we reserve the right to refuse it.

Your refund

Once we receive the piece, we check its condition and issue your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method, including standard delivery. If you would prefer store credit instead of a refund, that choice is always yours, and never imposed.

If a piece arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours at contact@dinnerisservedparis.com, with photographs of the piece and the parcel. This lets us open a claim with the carrier and put it right. After 48 hours we may no longer be able to claim for transport damage. This does not affect your legal guarantees below.

Authenticity

Every piece is verified before it is sold, through the process described on our Authentication page. In the exceptional event that a piece were ever found to be inauthentic, we take it back and refund it in full, with return shipping at our expense.

Your legal guarantees

Beyond this policy, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law. These apply in addition to your right to return. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
