Dispatch

Pieces are sent within three to five working days of your order, once final authentication is complete.

Carriage

All orders travel fully insured and signed-for, with tracking shared the moment your piece leaves us.

Destinations

We ship across France, the EU, and internationally. Outside the EU, any duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Packaging

For its safety, each piece travels in a plain, unmarked outer box. Inside, it arrives in cream wrapping with its authentication card. Closer to a reservation than a parcel.

On arrival

Please check the parcel when it is delivered. If the box looks damaged, tell the courier before you sign. If anything inside is damaged, write to us within 48 hours at contact@dinnerisservedparis.com, with photographs of the piece and the parcel, so we can open a claim with the carrier.
